My name is Connie C. Williams, and I'm a 40-year fitness industry leader and your Stretch Therapy coach. I co-created step/bench aerobics in the late 1980s, producing videos and traveling the world training instructors, corporate clients, and personal trainers—including Princess Diana’s personal trainer! What tools will I need for this video series?
You will need a foam roller (you can find these at your local fitness store or from Amazon) and a ring or strap (like a belt). You will also use a chair with no arms and your kitchen counter & sink for some of the stretches.
